At The Glass House we pride ourselves on our contemporary and seasonally changing menus. With dishes like halibut fillets delicately decorated with smoked salmon, served with candied lemon, braised vegetables and smoked horseradish velouté, to the old-time favourites of lemon tart with honeycomb biscuits, and a simple but perfectly cooked sirloin steak; we have something for everyone who loves food as much as we do.
